It’s purposefully, unrelentingly difficult, and often the only way to survive is by trying and failing over and over again until you figure it out. By increasing the frame rate and not adjusting the character drop per frame, you'd have a bunch of jumps that are almost impossible. Why is there an option for higher than 60hz refresh rates? I have a 120hz monitor as well and 0 problems, and also I don't think the monitor can cause game crashes.
